Does anyone know if propolis (bee jelly) will help with IBS ?have just orderd some to give it a go.

Hi there

I am currently taking propolis for other reasons, mainly for my immune system. I also suffer IBS and have not found that this causes me any problems at all. In fact I am feeling healthier.

We recommend propolis as a natural antibiotic alternative in our clinic so yes if you have a bacterial infection, propolis is amazing. If not I would look for an alternative herb or supplement depending on your symptoms.

thanks for help i wanted it initialy for immunity but then thought about if it'll help with IBS still not sure it does.
