It should do, I had a colonoscopy 2 year ago and I had lots of biopsies taken from the bowel which were all analisied for me ceoliac disease didn't show and I was just told I had gluten sensitivity so I have to live like a ceoliac with out the prescription benefits, if that's what you expect you might have it will show up from biopsies. Good luck with your outcome.

I had a colonoscopy and a duodenal biopsy which showed abnormalities consistent with Coeliac Disease but still had to have blood tests to confirm that it was Coeliac Disease as they wouldn't just go by the biopsy results. I've now been told that I also have IBS after havng another colonoscopy, scans and ultrasound tests.I would never have believed that IBS could cause such agonising abdomonal pain.
