Is this instead of eating? To heal your gut?

Yes I believe many others have used it it is used as a replacement meal for when you can’t eat Gail

How do you know that won’t set off your ibs/ cause symptoms?

I have used it before it actually helped me willing to have a go at anything until I see the doctor Gail

Ahh okay, I am also willing to have a go at anything so will have a think-didn’t think it would provide all the necessary nutrients though!

I looked into the the ingredients of Fortijuice, these are the first 5 ingredients:

Water, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, milk protein, sucrose ...

Beside water, all these ingredients are inflamatory.

Why don't you drink a fresh juice made of carrots? If not interesting enough you can add cabbage, greens, etc.

I am about to try these also. Fortijuice was on the list of things to try for ibs by a local pharmacist. Lately things have got quite bad and my low fodmap diet still doesn’t quite help when I’m having a flare up.
