I find all physical activities really help. Took jogging after a longish break and was feeling really pleased with myself till I fell and fractured my wrist in mid May. After plaster cast came off, I could hardly use my right hand and am still struggling with physiotherapy exercises. I now am swimming, with the use of a wrist brace. Much as I love jogging, not sure about taking it up again! Have been in pain most of last three days and a swim, run, brisk walk etc all seem to help.

Good luck with your exercises. I think they help no matter what you do.

Totally agree that exercise helps and well done. I went on a jog twice last week and have realised at my expense that I will have to keep to power walking; I love power walking anyway. Reason for this is I have somehow done something to my knee as it is painful and slightly swollen and I find it very difficult to bend my knee when bending down.

On saying the above though, exercise is one thing I will never ever give up unless my body doesn't let me do it.

Not what you're looking for?
