With a sensitive stomach, I was told ice cream must be avoided. So, what desserts are you allowed to eat?

Hello dean1984, you can still have ice cream jus eat dairy free icecream its not to bad once you get used to it a brand i use is swedish glace you can also get gluten free cones and they do the icecream in vanilla chocolate and im not sure other flavours hope this helps :)

It depends whether or not you are lactose/dairy intolerant as to what you can eat

Sorbet and meringue are about that only desserts that are dairy free

By 'stomach' do you mean colon as in IBS? I'm on low FODMAPs and I can eat some gelato.

Coconut ice cream is great if you are not also dealing with Candida, in which case you need to be careful about eating anything with sugar even fruit.

low sugar desserts, if any. no sugar replacement products like stevia cakes and fake ice cream with asperteim they can easily cause problems for people with ibs and stomach problems.

carotte - coconut cake with no sugar or low sugar could be ok.

your flan seams ok - try make it yourself with as low sugar as you can or with brown sugar maybe better.
