Got green form but also coughing black threads and a little blood is it because I'm a smoker?

I too am a smoker, but have never experienced the symptoms you mention. Strongly suggest you see your GP for advice asap.

It sounds like you may have a chest infection. I think you should visit your Gp.
And getting off then fags be the best thing you ever do as an ex smoker it's hard but you'll get healthier and fitter
