What is this SIBO,everyone mentions? Im new, found this site...Lots of information..Never even heard of FODMAP,till today..Thanks:)

SIBO stands for small intestine bacterial overgrowth and you have to ask for it to be done as most GPs have never heard of it. I had the test done a few weeks ago and it was clear, but plenty of other people get a positive response and can then get proper help with it.

Forgot to say that I have IBS-D and the low FODMAPs diet keeps me virtually symptom-free. Ask your dietitian about it.
