Just looking for some advice of what was found during my surgery -

- Pelvis/obliterated POD with right US nodule pulling the rectum

- Superficial disease of b/l pelvic side wall

- Uterus suspicious of adenomyosis

- Left ovary enlarged could be endometrioma

- Vaginal Exam - Full thickness nodule found

I literally just have this information & it’s very confusing… I’m waiting for my MRI results now. Was just wondering if anyone knew anything more than just these words 🫠

Hi,

Your POD is your pouch of Douglas and your US are your uterosacral ligaments.

I have the same, I had an MRI and it diagnosed adenomyosis as well as a module on my bowel. X

What did you end up doing to treat the adenomyosis? I just did a scan and the Dr said i have it
