Dear Eyus,

You can juice with veggies and ginger. You can do as much exercise as you are able without pushing too hard. You can do some herbs though I would talk to a naturopath, integrative oncologist or herbalist first. But Reishi mushroom is one supplement that's especially good for immune system. Green, white and black teas are too, though you'd have to drink like 5 cups a day - but you can get green tea extract in supplement form too.

Here's a link to an article on fighting the flu and all of what's in it applies to building immunity.1uponcancer.com/2012/10/12/...

I hope you feel better soon. It takes time, but if you work on it, it will happen. :)

I got this from Harvard Medical School website:

Your first line of defence is to choose a healthy lifestyle. Following general good-health guidelines is the single best step you can take toward keeping your immune system strong and healthy. Every part of your body, including your immune system, functions better when protected from environmental assaults and bolstered by healthy-living strategies such as these:

Don’t smoke.

Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and low in saturated fat.

Exercise regularly.

Maintain a healthy weight.

Control your blood pressure.

If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.

Get adequate sleep.

Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly.

Get regular medical screening tests for people in your age group and risk category.

Hope that helps :)

Take Astragalon 8 each day ... Very positive results from a large study in all patients in a double blind study and those in the experimental group recovered faster - regardless of their disease/treatment - than the control group which received a placebo. It's been a traditional treatment to boost the immune system particularly in China but also in Japan.

Cheers
