Yes! Only quite a limited range these days since I've been in a better place. I have a lot of safe foods but there are some which are off limits.

Do you want to change it or are you happy with how things are?

I think like any problem we all feel safer in our "comfort zone" - and for us with EDs this is with the list of foods we "permit" ourselves to eat. I would suggest you get some professional help - I found that specialist support - where diet plans were set in agreement with me - with small steps to take which gradually broadened my food range - really helped me move out and I now eat a much wider spectrum of foods - which is both more enjoyable and makes life much easier in a relationship situation.

Yes, very much so. I have found myself limiting more and more the deeper I have got with the ED. I have also found it useful to set myself a challenge each week or so. Try something different or reintroduce something unto my diet. I'm scared and nervous but trying a small amount then trying it again is also quite an achievement.

What food can you try this week?
