Is my eating disorder considered “enough”

I often feel like I am not sick “enough” to be diagnosed with an Ed. I’ve had a negative relationship with food and felt guilty after eating larger meals and “diet” for about a year and a half but only started to seriously restrict for the past six months. I’ve lost my period for about three months and was down to a 500 calorie meal plan. I am 5 ft 1 approx and was weighed about 72-3 ish pounds at my lowest.

if you've lost your period and are restricting to 500 cals daily you need to seriously think about getting some help. Please do visit your GP and talk to them about the situation and your thoughts around food - such a restricted diet probably does not include a balance nutritional intake - as well as not being sufficient in calories - so please act now before your health is seriously affected.
