Fantastic - great to read - so proud of you - keep it going you can recover and your proving that both to yourself and to all us out here still struggling to come to terms with things. I hope you've got a good professional support network alongside you who can help you recover not just weight - but get your life back - I know the mental issues and dealing with change need a great deal of effort - just as the weight restoration does.

Thank you so much. It was tough and there was times that I was close to giving in but im glad I didnt and Im glad that I got to make it to where I am now and I will continue to work harder. I do have good support with me. Thank you for your words of encouragement.
