Do I still eat?

So I'm trying to follow a basic meal plan of 3 meals and a couple snacks a day, and then just eat when I'm hungry throughout the day, but this morning I had a bigger than normal snack before lunch and now it's time for my afternoon snack, but if I'm not hungry should I go off the meal plan and not eat it. (Three weeks in recovery now)

Its so tempting - and the mind plays amazing tricks - I'm in recovery and I have just the same battle - the ED uses any excuse to pull you back into its grips - "my bread was thicker so I don't need as much potato...." there's always a reason to not eat - but never a reason to eat in my experience. I found that only by sticking to the plan whatever did I continue to recover - so don't let the ED pull you back into its grips.
