Any general advice or what to expect would be greatly appreciated. Are more than I usually do yesterday and today after encouragement from friends and although i know this is a good thing my mind is telling me that I should be guilty and I feel sad... not sure how to fight these feelings

*ate more

Its really positive you are getting specialist help and that your friends are supportive - I know how you feel - been there myself - but it is the ED that is feeding your fears and negative thoughts - stay strong and don't let it beat you up - usually first appointments are more of a chat about things - to see where to take things next - so stay positive and try to get the most out of the apt for yourself - tell them how you feel and be honest - good luck
