I am 55and have had a eating disorder since my early teens I have tryed every diet known to man and have no problem sticking to it but I still cannot lose weight I am very over weight and hate my self no one nose about my eating disorder this is the first time admitting it it controls every part of my life I feel totally out of control need help but to scared to ask for help

Hi SadieF12139, I'm so sorry to hear of your struggles. It must have taken a lot of courage to make your post and admit that you need help. Have you visited your GP to ask for a referral? Or perhaps you could try ringing ABC or BEAT for advice. Asking for help is sometimes hard, but it's the first step to recovery. I hope you find the help you need. xx
