Hi depressedxalone - You need to go to your GP and be really honest with them about your concerns about your current reaction to food and your history of previous Anorexia. Why do you feel depressed and alone?? Is it this season??

Hi, our daughter is currently in treatment and her team knew Xmas would be difficult - so much extra food around and food being a large part of the celebrations. Is this perhaps one of the reasons you are struggling at this moment? If you feel you need help, do talk to someone, don't leave it and struggle on you own. x
