This evening I've been browsing the web for some help, with little luck, but have stumbled across this forum..
10 years ago I developed Anorexia with bulimic tendencies.. I was forced in to 'recovery' and actually just became bulimic instead.
10 years later and I'm still struggling. its comes and goes but when it's here its really hard to shift. I'm never happy with my body and do get depressed.
I'm looking for some PROPER help - not like I had before- I'm interested in CBT, or something similar. NHS funded in London.
I'm going to call my doctors too, but any help? advice? personal experiences with places?

Just a quick note to say that I have found CBT useful. The therapist I had was very good. He was working under the general mental health banner on the NHS. I found him much more helpful than the eating disorder unit.
I have also found Mindfulness very good too. It is an effort to get the techniques but well worth the work. The course I had was paid for by the NHS too but that may not be the case generally. There are some outstanding books which can teach you the techniques. The one I have is called "The Mindful Way through Depression" by Mark Williams, John Teasdale, Zindel Segal & Jon Kabat-Zinn.
I hope this gives you somewhere to start from
all the best - it will be good to hear how you get on
