Today, although being incredibly tough, was for me in itself a day of revolution - I took a great leap of faith into the dark, and managed to abstain from binging or purging all day and even began the Couch to 5k challenge.
Lying in front of the fire with my laptop resting on my knee and a cup of tea in my hand, I think to myself that right now, without sounding too desperate, the prospect of reaching the finish line of my marathon of recovery, stormy weather included, does not perhaps appear to be so fanciful as it once did.

Fantastic, well done you, and it sounds like you can recognise how well you have done too. Keep us in the picture of how you get on........
That's very encouraging. It is good to know we have fellow travellers on the road to recovery. For each of us the paths are different but nonetheless I think we can do it.
I saw the couch to 5k challenge on the NHS website and thought it would be a worthwhile challenge.
