Berberine and Xtandi
My PSA dropped from 444 ng/mL to 7 ng/mL but started to go back up, so now Xtandi and
Xgeva
have been added to the mix. My PSA is now down slightly but my testosterone continues to creep toward 50 ng/dL.

Lowering Ibrance dose
8/2/2019 UPDATE: Just started lower dose Ibrance, now on 100mg, no longer taking exemestane (AI), getting faslodex shots instead, and continuing monthly
Xgeva
shot. Crossing fingers and toes I get some relief from these side effects and the new regimen keeps working on the bone mets!

Help with Medicare choices
Currently covered under my husband’s plan which covers my Ibrance and
Xgeva
and other meds, but he is looking to retire in February 2020. Trying to find affordable plans any advise is welcomed. I’m currently on disability for my MBC. Thanks and have a blessed day!

How Long Does it Take a Bone Mets Fracture to Heal?
I really want to know how long a fractured bone takes to heal while on IBrance, Faslodex &
Xgeva
(every 3mos)? In April 2019, after thinking I had a pulled quad muscle for 8 mos, learned I had stage 4 Bone Mets in my left pelvis bone at the mid-point of the hip socket.

Cabazitaxel,Cytoxan or Comfort Care after dismissal from Lu PSMA Vision Trial
Since then, we have been through Provenge, Zytiga, Xstandi, Docetaxel (5 sessions), and he still is receiving Lupron and
Xgeva
. Out of all the treatments, only the Docetaxel's side effects became unbearable and I am quite certain he would have died if he stayed on it.

Afinitor and diabetes and other questions.
My metastatic breast cancer has not responded well to Ibrance, Faslodex, and
Xgeva
. My wbc count tanked/cancer markers soared. She wants to move me to afinitor and aromasin. I am diabetic and worry that the afinitor will mess with my blood sugar. Anyone have any experience with this?

Is this normal?
He also received an
Xgeva
infusion. He now has low calcium but I guess that's a common side effect? Also a routine blood test on june 14 showed his psa is 59. Is he castrated resistant already?

Early progress - Good news
T score of 1 and Z score of 0.3. the MO has suggested starting
Xgeva
but only at 60mg dose every 6 months. Unsure why this dose vs. the normal monthly dosing regimen, other than he knows my reluctance to add high risk medications to the treatment regimen.
