Exercise, heart rate and bisoprolol

I am taking 5mg ramapril, 5mg bisoprolol, metformin, bezofibrate, vipidia, both diabetic meds, and wafarin. The issue is my heart rate is staying the same wherever I am walking , up hill, downhill, always the same, around 68 to 70 bpm.

How can stop feeling like this?

I’ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and take slow releasing metformin and vipidia for Months. The past couple of periods o have been violently sick and no energy and depressed. I’m not on any birth control. What shall I do?
