Skin condition for 9 years! Please help!
I have tried
tretinoin
cream because a doctor diagnosed it as eczema. Please help! How do I get rid of it? Does the expensive laser help? Do I have a cheaper option? The red spots are actually a lot redder and more frequent than in the picture.

Professor Malcolm Maden, of the Medical Research Centre for Developmental Neurobiology at King's College, London,
British scientists have found that retinoic acid, a derivative of vitamin A, can reverse damage caused to the lungs by the previously incurable disease. (Q) Is there any research being carried out on human as there are on mice?
