Breathlessness
She has 4 puffs of atrovent a day, 2 puffs of Flixotide and then
Salbutamol
whenever she needs it. We've come a long way since she was first diagnosed but over the last few months Holly has been getting very breathless.

I Feel I Am Coping Alone
His medications are Ventolin (
salbutamol
). Clenil (switched from Becatide) and more recently Montelukast. We visit Alder Hey Childrens hospital at least monthly, somtimes weekly with severe attacks. He is patched up and sent home, despite my requests for some type of care plan.

Not sure if its Asthma and dont really know what to do.
We took him to casualty where they gave him a of steroids and
salbutamol
. We stayed there for a few hours untill they were happy that his breathing was ok. They said it was possibly a viral wheeze and that if it occured again to take him to our GP.

GP appointment following Asthma attack.....
we have
Salbutamol
and Clenil Modulate inhalers plus a supply of Pred for emergencies. But think the hosp has probably passed that info on. I assume the meds and plan will be kept as they are, and the appointment is just to see how he is?? Is that the case?

doctor refusing to refer to specialist
On the first discharge he was told to reduce the
salbutamol
gradually until he was better. On the 2nd discharge they added two puffs of becotide continuesly. On 3rd discharge they doubled the dose of becotide and told me he needs to be referred to the respiratory clinic by my GP.
