unsure wether this is true or not but......
A lot of lovemaking can unblock a stuffy nose. Sex is a natural antihistamine. It can help combat asthma and hay fever. hehe katie xx http://www.santabanta.com/trivia.asp?catname=at&title=Restricted%20Trivia

RAST test
In the past I used to have to come off
antihistamines
a few days before testing so obviously I'm a bit confused. Any ideas? I'm just fed up and want to get to the bottom of all this. Love Lydia xx

delayed reaction/symptoms?
always been a bit sensitive to grapes but sometimes eat them anyway as it tends to only result in mild symptoms, its usually accompanied by immediate itchyness and tinglyness, anyway i only had 1 on sunday and i got the usual immediate itchyness etc and a little wheezy but settled well after a neb and

Am going crazy! Allergy clinic panics
I'm on my 4th day without
antihistamines
(have fallen back in love with ventolin!). Been stuck inside for most of the time with just eye drops to calm things. I had a really good idea earlier: chocolate. Great when stuck inside on a hot day. So I took a 5 minute walk to the local chocolate shop.

a couples of questions. confused and worried :s
i have taken
antihistamines
and they seem to work. but because i take them in the morning i dont know if my symptoms just get better of their own accord or because of the medicine because im back to having a blocked nose in the evening either way. also could it just be placebo effect?

Then I went back and asked, do you think i really do have asthma and

antihistamines
, it might go away one day. maybe.').

How do you know when to go to the doctor?
I was diagnosed a couple of years ago, I'm generally mild and exercise induced, I only use salbutamol and
antihistamines
as far as medication for asthma. The nurse keeps saying we might put you onto a steroid inhaler but we'll see. So my question is when do you go to the doctors for a flare up?

Hay fever relief without antihistamine??
(it flares up with hayfever) Been told I can't use
antihistamines
for a week prior to the tests. My hayfever is going mad. It's dreadful and my eyes are so sore. Is there anything I can do that doesn't involve
antihistamines
?

Air Purifiers, pet sprays etc. Please advise!
hi, we (along with our asthma nurse) think our 3 year old has an allergy to cats & dogs. His asthma is usually triggered by colds and viruses however EVERY time we have stayed at either of our parents his nose starts running and he starts coughing all night and his asthma plays up. It then usually lasts
