Hello- I’m new to the group & reaching out for advice. I’ve always struggled with eating & weight control but it has become a much larger problem recently. At what point has anyone decided on their own to get help? Was it helpful? I go back & forth all the time on knowing the right vs wrong thing to do. But it’s hard to voluntarily give up your control.

If you think you need help, please seek it. No one can help you until you help yourself and reaching out is a great way to make an advance forward. Good luck and stay strong!❤️
A decision only you can make on your own because you are the only one who can keep you motivated to stick to it! Think about why you feel you need help, what are the benefits of getting help and would would the outcome be if you didnt get help? Hope this helps x
