I'm very good and don't drink much (it makes me very achy the next day if I have more than 2 drinks). I'm also now on a detox programme I do every year - lasts nine days with very nutritious food, I always feel great with it and my lupus seems to like it! Happy New Year.

Sounds like a good plan. Hoping to improve my own eating habits this year, any tips would be very welcome. Hope you had good Christmas and a happy new year.
I get patients sent to me to get advice on diet and exercise. I use them to keep my lupus fairly well under control and have managed to stay pretty much drug free. I'm a great believer that both helping to control lupus. I'm happy to help with any questions you have

I agree with you with the alcohol, I am the same, if I drink any alcohol I really suffer the next day. It just not worth it.
