Dehydration will happen if you do not drink sufficient fluids, and Syncope may follow as your blood pressure drops which could cause you to faint. A good indication, is that your urine should be very pale yellow to show you are well hydrated. Medium to dark yellow is a warning sign that you are not drinking a sufficient amount of water.
