I have no pain, but stiffness.

I have increased pain. Trying to keep walking but fibro has flared up everywhere and the fatigue is awful. Wondered why my bottom lip seemed sore then realised I'd been biting it while walking my dogs. It was so hard to keep going.

I have more general body aches when it is cold and damp, I think it might be affected by how high the humidity is

I have not so much increased pain as stiffness in the knee joints in colder weather.
