Hurt finger possible Tendon .Any ideas ?

I cut my knuckle a clean slice before chrismtas it only bleed a small amount and u done the usual kept it clean a little savalon plaster repeat and it seemed OK after a few days however I have had a constant dull ache in this particular finger that radiates to my wrist and palm of hand also it is red in colour around knuckle and a slight lump it hurts if I knock it or catch it even putting a jumper on ..could this be tendon related ?
