All of these are contributing factors to our overall well-being. Exercise, drinking plenty of water and green tea, more vegetables and salads less meat besides reducing sugar and salt are keys to maintaining a healthy weight and unnecessary sickness.

Reducing sugar/salt intake as part of a healthier diet. Finding ways to relax such as massages, singing, getting involved with other people in non.profit activities

Also find ways to relax, for myself it's very hard to relax it's like my body don't know how. I'm always tense especially in my shoulders. No matter how hard I try my body it always uptight even more so when I'm in a sickle cell crisis. Can someone please help me with this.

Sincerely Iesha

Agree with Ms. Anzy, she spoke of the Alkaline water and if you can't get that the Smart Water works well also. Staying

hydrated very, very critical for us. Trying to get weight down.

Blessings, Linda
