Hi all,
I wanted to alert you about a new patient initiative being developed by TESARO. They are currently looking for patients being treated with Zejula (niraparib) to share their experience with other patients and healthcare professionals about what life on the drug is like. Caregivers of those taking Zejula are also welcome to participate.
Qualifications for the initiative are as follows:
1.) Patient prescribed ZEJULA according to its FDA approved indication
2.) Adult 18 years of age or older
3.) At least eight weeks on treatment
4.) Is articulate, comfortable, willing, and excited to share her experience
5.) Has high cognitive functioning (i.e., memory, concentration, reasoning and thinking, focus, etc.)
6.) Positive but realistic experience on how patient has integrated ZEJULA into everyday life
7.) Able to travel for a two-and-a-half-day live training which could involve airline travel
8.) Good relationship with their healthcare team
Sound like you, or know someone who might be interested? Please call 1-888-756-2841, or email lisa@mypatientstory.com to set up an interview (please note that an interview does not guarantee participation). Tesaro staff will also provide free training to anyone who needs help in sharing their story.
This is an excellent opportunity to have your voice heard. Please feel free to reach out at the contact information above if you qualify.
