Not to toot our own horn, but SHARE has a free helpline at 844.ASK.SHARE (844.275.7427) that caregivers can call for advice and a listening ear. You can ask to be matched with another caregiver who will call you back, or ask to make a free 1:1 phone appointment with our therapist. Good luck ItsKate <3

Hi Kate Just writing to see if you got the support that you need Times like these call for extra support It is always hard to be a care giver to someone with a chronic disease It can hurt you physically as well as mentally. If you call SHARE when can provide you with a peer to talk to. Out of state no problem We can help you find an in-person support group close to home
