What do you want your family and friends to know about your needs?

I need more rest and alone time. I feel isolated; I wish I had more company. I struggle to communicate my feelings, but I do need someone to talk to. I need reassurance that although I look different, I'm still wanted. I don't enjoy or can't do the same activities anymore, and I need to know that's ok. In my friend case. She felt so energetic than the previous month and she is doing her work she can do all the things as she used to do before in the same manner
