I suffered from PE before i first had sex,
I had trained my body to respond quickly to sexual stimulus.
I had only my own pleasure to think of so it wasn't a major issue.
I could orgasm in around 30 seconds if i wanted to.
It took me time and effort to train my body until I could delay my orgasm until i was ready (in most cases)
I have only suffered two or three times during my active sex life.

I’ve slipped back into bad habits again. My wife had her libido destroyed in a car crash. I’ve been jerking like a teen since lockdown began.
I was back to two minutes again.
I’m now up to ten minutes.
The first time I had sex I lasted an hour before cumming the first time.
That was a great feeling. Knowing I’d not blown my load as soon as I slipped inside her.
