Hi, I have a tight foreskin.can anyone say whether it affects sex life?

Well, it probably will effect sensitivity, because your glans are covered you won’t be able to feel as much.
You need to make sure you are able to clean yourself correctly or you can get infections easier. and it won’t be pleasant for the women if you are not clean down there.
But you can do simple stretching exercises to loosen the foreskin by stimulating the skin to grow, just search on the internet, stretching for phimosis and you will get a lot of information on stretching, you must not stretch to much but don’t give up because it may take time fore results to appear. Good luck.
Please do not take too much of what you may read on the internet about "stretching". You need medical attention. There is a cream which MAY help but ultimately you may need a small operation [a dorsal slit] or a circumcision. Sex will probably be difficult and as implied if you have phimosis then you will not be able to clean away the secretions under the foreskin. There is some evidence that there may be a higher risk to your partner of getting cervical cancer.
