Possibly a fungal infection or dehydration if you are not getting adequate water and lose a lot of heat during intercourse. It is a good idea to drink water regularly and to wash as soon as polite after intercourse. Dab don't rub after bathing or going to the lavatory, see dr or chemist about an anti fungal cream or powder or a hydrocortisone cream. Always best to check with your dr or gynegologist. Although many preparations are available over the counter.
