Good Morning,
My name is Chaya and I am the coordinator of the patient registry at GO2 for Lung Cancer.
I wanted to share some information about our patient registry as well as a new survey for those diagnosed with small cell lung cancer.
In case you aren't familiar, the GO2 patient registry is a series of surveys created to learn more about the experience of the individual with lung cancer as well as the experience of those caring for someone with lung cancer.
By learning about your individual experience, we are able to draw connections that could help others diagnosed with lung cancer.
We recently launched a specific survey for those diagnosed with SCLC (small cell lung cancer) or the caregiver of someone diagnosed with SCLC (living or deceased).
The survey is looking to understand the treatment and decision-making process of someone diagnosed with SCLC as well as any gaps in support services or needs.
Eligibility: An individual diagnosed with SCLC over the age of 18 or a caregiver of someone with SCLC (living or deceased).
Time to Complete: 5 to 10 minutes
A $25 USD Amazon or Visa gift card is available for those who qualify and complete the survey.
Feel free to join the GO2 patient registry whenever it is convenient and please feel free to share with anyone caring for someone with lung cancer as well.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you so much,
Chaya Lebovic, MPH, CHES
