This month's guest speaker is Dr. Arjun Sahgal, an international clinical and research leader in the field of high-precision stereotactic radiation to the brain and spine for both metastases and primary tumors.

Dr. Sahgal, radiation oncologist and scientist at the University of Toronto’s Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre, is an international clinical and research leader in the field of high-precision stereotactic radiation to the brain and spine. He has published more than 400 peer reviewed research papers, including in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, Lancet Oncology, and New England Journal of Medicine. Dr. Sahgal serves as Deputy Chief of the Department of Radiation Oncology, leads the CNS Neuro-Oncology program, and is director of the Cancer Ablation Therapy program. After training at the University of Toronto in radiation oncology, Dr. Sahgal completed a radiosurgery fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.

The meeting will be recorded and shared on the LiveLung YouTube channel later next week.
