How do you find out about potential research opportunities you can take part in? E.g., clinical trials, surveys, patient panels, focus group

I literally just fall over them, in other words, I go for things I see that interest me, but I don't seek them out. I rely on them to come into my orbit.

I either get them through some groups I belong to or friends and families.

I have seen them on Facebook or through Healthunlocked.

clinicaltrials.gov/ with the appropriate filters. While the site is based in the USA and here are similar websites in many countries, most large trials have an entry in the clinical trials database.

I just come across them and choose the ones I think I’d like to do.

Sometimes I look for opportunities and sometimes thru HU... that's how I was enrolled in the MROC TRD research group here.
