Hi Stuart, I'm a Reedyford Healthcare patient and live quite close to the Barrowford surgery. This may be a bit crazy but Im 64, 16.5 stone, type 2 diabetes, raised blood pressure and never run before. I've just done the second week of C25k so you don't need to ask me what day it is or who is the prime minister, I've clearly lost the plot.
