Google your question and add "with heart health", repeat "with diabetes", and repeat with "prostate cancer". I personally avoid cow dairy, but not so much sheep and goats milk.
I stay as close to natural dairy products, organic eggs, cheese, etc. Stay away from GMO products. I use almond milk.
Butter and cheese from cows that are fed growth hormones are definitely out.
There is no real evidence, just a lot of uninformed opinions on the internet. The best evidence is that it makes no difference:

This is very interesting. I’ve been staying away from eggs based on a couple of articles stating that choline is bad for prostate cancer. Would love to add a few organic eggs back into my diet at least once a week.
There are lots of low-quality retrospective studies and nothing worth paying attention to. Not sure why you think choline is bad, since it is vital for human biochemistry. I'm also unsure of what makes an egg organic - no pesticides on the shell?
From what I understand the chickens are able to be outdoors and considered free range, and the chickens are fed organic feed with no pesticides. Ehhh, I get it.
In California, people who think chickens are human passed a law requiring outdoor area for free ranging. Guess what the chickens do? They prefer huddling together indoors, because that's what chickens do. "Organic" people demand they withhold antibiotics, so they get sick and die en masse. I expect bird flu from uninoculated (natural) chickens will soon jump species and make us all sick.
I believe I read a couple of articles that showed choline excited cancer cells in men with prostate cancer. Will need to re-look.
It preferentially metabolizes fats and amino acids more then glucose - but that does NOT mean that lowering fat (or protein) intake has any effect.
FWIW: I eat mostly high-fat carnivore and have seen no change in my PC in the year I've been doing this. I eat very few carbohydrates and severely limit sugar other than a bit of fresh fruit.
Wow. I was actually doing a high fat low carb keto diet for about three months before being diagnosed with prostate cancer. Did amazing and loved being in state of ketosis. I switched to a mediterranean diet because everyone was saying to stop red meat with prostate cancer. But I have also heard that cancer cells can not live on ketones and that only healthy cells can. So I have no idea. Every study I have seen on red meat being bad for prostate cancer always included processed meat in the study. Keto and carnivore experts state that if they would take processed meat like sausages and bacon etc. out of the study then red meat would prove to be good. So I have been very confused on this one. Nebulous "proof". The study was supported by the largest anti-meat, pro-vegetarianism group in the world. The Seventh Day Adventists. The human digestive system simply isn't well suited to digest vegetables and many vegetables we eat every day have significant plant defense toxins that, while we may tolerate them, don't really do us much good and may, over the long term, do us harm.
I've used almond milk for many years simply because the human digestive system is not well matched to cows milk.
