Yes - its an integral part of my life - close to the elements of ZEN. But I dont know if it helps with PCa cos Ive been doing it for longer than my PCa journey.

There is a great app called Waking Up and would be a good place to start.

I've practiced for years, but my practice really took off when my daughter bought me a book by Thích Nhất Hạnh. In my experience there are tons of resources, online training, writers, podcasts, etc., but the key is to begin.

As for does it help, well, when I'm levitating...😄

I find that my practice has helped me with anxiety, with simplifying my relationships, and with helping to sustain and enhance my love for life. I have also been working on learning to use meditation to help with my pain tolerance and with my tinnitus.
