My MRI and DRE showed a small tumor contained in the prostate but the ONC decided to hit the seminal vesicles with radiation also. Of the 27 sessions, the first 11 included them. When I orgasm now, I ejaculate a very small amount of mostly clear fluid which I'm guessing is produced by the remaining good prostate cells and contains sperm. No more pre-cum these days.
