What does the mpMRI show? Biopsy cores are not taken of seminal vesicles.

If it has infiltrated the seminal vesicles, it is stage T3b, which is high risk. So Brachy boost with ADT is a good move.

My MRI and DRE showed a small tumor contained in the prostate but the ONC decided to hit the seminal vesicles with radiation also. Of the 27 sessions, the first 11 included them. When I orgasm now, I ejaculate a very small amount of mostly clear fluid which I'm guessing is produced by the remaining good prostate cells and contains sperm. No more pre-cum these days.

What is the Gleason score if it is GL4+3, or the mp3TMRI shows disease bulging or into the seminal vesicles, a PET would be indicated to see if there is disease has spread to SV or pelvic lymph nodes.

Gleeson is 3+4 psa is 3.6 10 of 18 cores positive. One radiologist says vesicles are unremarkable and the other says cores are in close proximity. I don’t know if they are infiltrated

Hi my apologies for crashing this post is seminal vessels invasion the only way pelvic lymph nodes would be affected/positive?
