Does the Prostate fully recover after radiation?

I just finished HDR Brachytherapy. I'm unable to find internet answer to my question.

Does the Prostate continue to be partially functional after HDR Brachytherapy?

Does it become fully functional over time? how long does that take generally?

Has anyone seen any before and after pictures of Prostate after radiation?

For all questions assume the radiation was not focal.

The general question is, what happens to the functionality of the prostate after radiation, and does it recover?

The prostate's job is to create semen. Semen is much reduced after radiation. According to this, only 15% of men totally lose their semen after SBRT:

The prostate shrinks slowly after radiation. Mine was 65cc before SBRT. It is now about 25 cc. I've had recent pelvic CT scans, so I've seen it recently, and I've seen the planning CT from 12 years ago. It is now very uniform, and I'm told it is uniformly soft and smooth upon DRE.

There may be more retrograde ejaculation after HDR-BT because of the higher urethral dose and consequent damage to ejaculatory ducts, but otherwise, I'd expect it to be similar to SBRT.
