I had EBRT with Dr. Kos about 7 months ago. He was outstanding and always gave me all the time I needed for questions, explanations, etc. He also has a great staff at his office and a wonderful radiology team. It was a long trek--48 sessions--but PSA is way down now and I believe I am doing well. Take a long session with him as you try to decide how to go forward. Please contact me with any questions as we are all here to help you.

Are you in Reno or Northern Nevada? What stage are you in and what decisions do you have to make?

I'm in Chester, Ca, west of Susanville. I had HIFU 3 years ago, but it's back; mostly G 3+4 and mostly left side, contained in prostate. I've had SBRT and HDR Brachy recommended for salvage radiation; it looks like Dr. Kos does both. I've also had ADT recommended and I'm hoping to avoid or limit that.
