Been 18 months since brachytherapy and radiation. Everything was fine. Then the burning started. And my pee pattern changed dramatically.

Pyridium (available over the counter) may ease the burning until it goes away. Do not wear white underwear with it - your pee permanently stains everything.

TA is correct, the AZO will help with burning. Turns everything orange though, so wear something appropriate. I'm about 20 months out and had a bit of a problem with this as well. Have you tried tamsulosin(Flomax)? That helps flush things out for me when I need it.Staying away from high acid drinks for a bit will also help

Have you talked with a doctor about it ?You want to exclude a urinary tract infection. You don't want to just treat the symptoms if it's a urinary tract infection.
