After 13 years post surgery, and pretty much giving up after trying Viagra, Muse, and a pump, I finally got 'tri-mix'. That works.

Thanks for your helpful reply

I tried tri-mix about 6 months after my RARP, and while it gave me an erection, it was so bloody painful for hours that it would have done me no good whatsoever. The injection itself was not painful, but the aftermath had my entire penis throbbing, and not in a good way.

PDE5 inhibitors were useless. Unfortunately, Mr. Happy is still staring at the floor.

Anyone else ever have this issue?

Modify the dose. Initially, I was prescribed 16 units. After packing ice for hours 4 to 6 of a very painful result, I reduced to 10 units and have satisfactory results. Heck, I've even had short term success at 6 units. As they say, "your mileage may vary."

Interesting. I'll have to give that a try. Thanks, brother!

Yes, I had the same experience, even after reducing the dosage several times. Very detrimental to any time in the sack.

Try Invicorp. It works well for me with no pain at all. I take about half a dose to avoid a prolonged erection.

Thanks Jimbo59. I am glad it works for you. Maybe I am too fussy about what does and what doesn't get engorged. I reduced the doseage each time I used it. It never felt comfortable. And sticking yourself with a needle is not what I would call foreplay. I can tell you that my fear of needles plunged to nonexistance once I started to stick a needle into my prick. At any rate, I am way past using artificial stiffeners.

I am 75, and just recently ended 6 months hormone therapy and 26 daily radiation treatments. Testosterone is slowly returning; getting an erection is OK but Cialis daily certainly helps, along with a cock ring.

I have tried everything under the sun, except roboprick. Viagra did nothing for me. While I did use tri-mix, I had similar results as DS_WAVL. I was also highly disappointed that the head of the penis was not affected by the drugs. The zombie erection that would not go away was a huge disincentive.

Yeah, yeah. There's always the bandwagon and holy war following the words Viagra and Cialis mentioned in one text. The results are extremely individual and unpredictable with each and every person. Both worked for me quite well. But I had an awful hangover after Cialis and my face was tomato-red. So the choice is obvious- it's Viagra. Check it here viagraonline.net/.

I next uses tri-mix gel. I had such perineal pain that I could not sit or stand. I got a erection but with such pain what could I do with it??? Next tried bi-mix gel. Nothing. Afraid frankly to go to injections, pay $100 and have that perineal pain again. It was like giving birth to a coconut. For me right now insertive sex is irrelevant and an erection would only maybe allow better masturbation.
