My comment concerning how I voted is a reflection on my overall dealings with the 4 primary Urologists I have seen during my 20+ years dealing with PC. The reasons being, one retired and the other 3 have different views concerning specific issues relating to the procedures I have had done in regard to treating recurring events due to PC. While all 4 were good, it has been somewhat confusing at times knowing what is best option to take concerning a specific issue. I could write pages on what each has recommended for dealing with ED, incontinence, testosterone usage, heart related issues, etc. However, having said this, I am still alive and grateful for their service to me.

My Urologist seems to have his mind made up as to what and how to monitor my condition and is reactive. PSA 0.2. No speculation or questions answered to my satisfaction; I will see him again in 6 months

I do not have a urologist now as my PSA is undetectable. However, I had a damn good one when this whole sad saga began in 2011. He made sure that I was aware of all the treatments that were available at the time. I knew immediately what I wanted to do, but to humor him, I read all the material and got back to him two weeks later. Once my prostate was out, he was all about getting Mr. P back into operation. I dutifully used the pump, tried Viagra, and poked Mr. P with a needle to try to resurrect him from the dead. All of this was to no avail and I frankly got tired of fielding all the questions that I did not want to answer. BTW, I did buy a viberect , a device that stimulates both the top and bottom of the head of the penis. I will tell you that it gives mind blowing orgasms. However, it eventually died. I think I wore that poor battery out! Alas, the battery is not removable. Pretty bad design for $300. I actually felt bad for my urologist as I was such a piss poor patient.
