It has been my experience, that with Cialis, or Viagra, simply taking the medicine is not enough; there must be actual physical stimulation to the penis. Penile injections themselves should not be painful; if the pain occurs after injection, it may be due to the "mix" of chemicals used. Find someone knowledgeable, and up-to-date with these medicines. Physical stimulation is helpful also.

Another means of achieving erection is the use of a vacuum erection device

combined with an elastic band to hold the blood in the erect penis (don't leave it on more than 30 minutes). I recommend a vacuum pump with a gauge so that you can monitor and avoid getting too great a vacuum.

If your condition persists for another two years with no solution, I would recommend a penile implant. I have one and ED is gone.

I have APC and ADT since 2 years I take 5mg or 2.5 mg cialis every day...to keep the blood circulation

the key... 5mg or 10 mg better but it is bit expensive...

Take care of doing massage to penis every day...

No doc will help you as they will use most inhuman terminology of castration....a shame

What I found useful is to develop mental libido pathway...

Sure on first level no desire for sex...

But I started imagining my past sexual life and getting involved

mentally with it...bring back sexual fantasy which one finds exciting...It required play with your partner mentally....all

visual stimulation are required

Eventually One may have semi erection and even mutual orgasm

It all depends on couple erotic fantasy and it works...

But lot of work and play...it is worth...

I am 80 plus

I cant talk of this to URO ONCO

or GP...they are shy and evasive

May be sex is not their baby..

So you are on your own to create metal libido pathway...

Fantasy Fantasy is the key...

otherwise on physical level no desire to have sex

Enjoy looking at sexual female body language as it was before

And couple play with mutual shared fantasy is the key

enjoy hugging and feel manhood

Transcend the scorched earth mind set of this therapy...

Mental pathways can transcend

all....but need lot of inner effort

you may call it Tantric Yoga...it is just a name...

sexuality is part of our being and it never disappears as long as we breathe...

Sadly welcome to my universe. I started with the philosophy that dead men don't need erections and so sacrficed the nerves. All the drug alternatives failed. At the far end of trimix I would be curled up in excruciating pain for three hours. I had booked a penile implant but believing I had maybe 2 years dropped the surgery. Four years later I wished I had proceeded. Oh, and find a specialist urologist who deals with ed as core business. Mine is excellent but you would need to be in Australia.

As far as I know, that taking the medicine is not to be enough to cure. Along with these medicines, you should go for penile injections and that should not be painful. After taking these if you still feel some issues then you can read about some more medicines and therapies on the enhanceclub.com/ website.

I have never heard of anyone using Cialis and viagra with no effect. Penile injection is painful to you. Moreover, I have read about Tecfidera to treat erectile dysfunction on a canadapharmacy.com/products... website.

My husband has had quite remarkable success with the vacuum pump. He uses the Vacurect but with the rings from the Osbon Erecaid applied to the outside of the vacurect (and then rolled onto his erection). He has done a lot of experimenting and MacGuyver'd his way into this solution. It is all fussy which is stressful but it has gotten much easier over time.

I’m 51 and honestly I’ve been on ADT so long, I don’t ever think about it anymore. It seems that without T, I have no interest. I wish it was different but viagra does nothing. I probably need something stronger to put me in the mood

have you tried Vardenafil?
