30 weeks pregnant and feel like my stomach keeps tightening and then i am ok. I am really uncomfortable & have pressure between my legs.

Is this normal ? Could it be braxton hicks or something else? Im not in agony so i don't think its labour. I can still feel baby move too. Anybody any ideas...
