Milky discharge

Ive been getting alot of milky discharge and its starting to bug me as its making my nipples stick to the bra and its really sore when i take my bra off at night i know this questions a bit discusing but is there any advice anyone can give me would be very thankful x

Mmmm that's early to get discharge from the nipples, I had. Little bit around 12 weeks, 20 weeks and nothing since.

Keep your nips moisturised, with nipple cream or just a really good cream, if you are leaking, just get checked by the midwife just to make sure all is fine if it is then breast pads might be your next best option.

This does sound unusual for the early stages of pregnancy. But if you do have quite large breasts i guess it can happen

(I've never been greatly gifted in the breast area so i can't share this symptom)

you could also try buying a few very good sports bras which dosen't irretate as much as the underwired ones & also some breasts pads could also be handy.
